Fees
β οΈ VERIFY β CEB does not publish connection charges on the residential supply page. Costs depend on the distance from the existing network and whether a new pole or transformer is needed, so ask CEB for a quotation for your specific site and include it in your budget. See Financing Your House and Buying the Land.
Prepare the appliance list carefully β it determines your connection capacity. Include the water heater, air conditioning, and any future additions. See The Construction Phases.
